Staff are excellent and always on hand to answer questions. Mum really enjoys food that is served and seems to really enjoy surroundings and activities. I appreciate all you are doing for my mum and my whole family feel the same, especially in the current environment.

Dad was so well looked after and it was lovely to see him develop such a strong bond with a number of the staff. I appreciate that ‘caring’ is what you do, I feel that at Burnside, you successfully combine top-quality care together with compassion and a sense of fun – a great mix that creates a lovely environment for the residents. It was an environment/atmosphere which suited Dad down to the ground.

I cannot fault the care he is receiving. He is very settled and not in a hurry to go home. Cannot thank the admin staff and nurses enough for everything. Even went to the lengths to take photos of him and send them to me. Thank you all.

I cannot fault the care and standard of dignity shown by the staff at Marlborough House towards my father in the 9 months he resided there. Everybody was kind, caring and helpful and the place had a homely feel about it which was one of the reasons why we chose it.
