At Anavo, we actively listen and take onboard comments from our residents, their families and our staff. We value all the feedback we receive. It helps us highlight what we’re doing well and what could make our care homes even better. 

And, it appears our open and transparent approach to care is paying off. We’re proud to announce that our stunning new care home, Alexandra Mill has just received the carehome.co.uk Northwest Top 20 Award. 

Our dedicated team all have a genuine desire to make a difference. To improve the lives and experiences of our residents. Working together, we strive to bring a sense of purpose and positivity to our residents every day, ensuring they’re happy and healthy. We feel privileged that people give us the opportunity to try and deliver better care for their loved ones. It’s a massive responsibility and we don’t take it for granted. All the reviews and feedback we receive are greatly appreciated and help us to reflect and improve further.
